Vets for Pets EMS Bursaries
Applications for our 2025 EMS Bursary Scheme are NOW OPEN!
"Providing EMS placements not only benefits students by providing access to practicing Day One skills and experiencing the range of conditions commonly seen in clinical practice, but also keeps the whole team in a constant learning process. We are often asked questions by students that make us think through and explain our rationale to case management and provide the opportunity to discuss recent advances, new medications and novel techniques. Everyone started out as a student and providing EMS placements prepares our future colleagues for their career in our exciting profession. The Bursaries provided support students to ensure they can access the placements they need to gain skills to hit the ground running as a graduate"
