What Will You Be Doing?
As a Senior Client Care Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our practice, ensuring every client and pet receives a warm welcome and exceptional service. From managing bookings to supporting your team and helping to shape the client experience, you’ll play a pivotal role in our success.

What Are We Looking For?

• A passion for client care and a love for animals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Veterinary experience is highly desirable, but not essential
• Proven history of leading and motivating a small team
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond
