About Us
With more than 440 small animal practices across the country, of all shapes and sizes, Vets for Pets is one of the largest UK veterinary groups and offers Veterinary Surgeons a range of opportunities, including the opportunity to run your own practice. The practice is purpose built with some great facilities including operating theatre, 3 dedicated consult rooms, large prep area, x-ray room and isolation block with separate cat and dog kennels. 

You will be joining a very supportive and stable team of 3 vets, who are supported by 4 RVN's, 2 SVN's, 1 PM and 4 Receptionists. 

We are a training practice and have a varied workload and perform a full range of orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries.  We are also happy to support all staff members with opportunities for further development once qualified.

The Role:
This position is ideally for a part time, experienced, veterinary surgeon. The role would be for Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays per week and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. There is no OOH or Sunday. 

However, we appreciate that this might not suit everyone so if you are looking for different hours please do still get in touch and we can see if we can accommodate you. 

We are ideally looking for someone who is a good all rounder and is confident in surgery.
