Hucknall vets for pets is locally owned with a team of 12 colleagues. Our partner vet having over 25 years’ experience in the industry and a strong surgical bias and partner nurse having over 16 years’ experience also having worked ECC and referral practice.

What we are looking for in you

  • RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
  • We are open to consider both new graduates and experienced Vets
  • A passion for small animal care and a commitment to providing the best possible care to patients
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
  • Confidence in routine surgeries and consultations, with a desire to continuously develop skills and knowledge
  • Supportive if you want to continue developing through certificates
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues

We are flexible to consider both full and part time applicants and happy to discuss hours to try and accommodate individual requirements. We will require you to work 1:3 Saturdays with 1 late night finish every other week however no OOH work involved.
