We are always on the lookout for people who care about pets as much as we do! Join a well-established team, with low turnover paying up to £70,000 (FTE, DOE) 

  • Perfect for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for time in surgery to expand their skills and experience  
  • We are passionate about the care we provide for our clients and the relationships we have developed with them, so if you are passionate about providing the highest levels of care, please speak with us 
  • We are flexible to look at full and part time hours with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, no Sundays or OOH

Although our clinic operates under the Vets4Pets brand, it is independently owned by Stacey, giving us the best of both worlds. We benefit from Vets4Pets' support while maintaining flexibility and personal touch of an independent clinic. All business decisions are made locally by Stacey, ensuring a tailored approach. They are committed to development of their colleagues and providing the best service to their loyal patients. 

About us:
Our lovely standalone practice is based in the picturesque market town of Stourbridge. Which is run locally by Stacey and her fantastic colleagues who adapt to ensure that everyone is comfortable in the work place and can work in non-judgmental environment. 

Providing the exceptional care that our patients and clients deserve is only possible with an excellent team and therefore your wellbeing is at the forefront of everything we do. Getting away on time is encouraged and supported, and the practice endeavour to ensure this happens. Lunch breaks are also encouraged and supported with admin time also built into our rotas. 

The weekend rota is shared on a 1:3 Saturdays’ basis, we don’t work on Sundays or on Bank Holidays and we also have one day off during the week. The practice understand the importance of a healthy work life balance and can consider flexible options to help support you in this. 

As a growing practice we are always interested in hearing from local talent interested in working with us, because everyone is at different stages in their veterinary career, we are open to speak to anyone. So, if you are an experienced vet looking for somewhere they can mentor and lead a team or someone looking for support for a certificate and to specialise their practice please do get in touch.
