Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse or an experienced Animal Nursing Assistant to join our supportive team here at Lisburn Longstone Vets for Pets, with a work pattern that can be built to suit you, in this beautiful Northern Irish city!
The role is in a varied first opinion surgery, with tasks including anaesthetic monitoring, nursing consultations, reception cover, inpatient care and diagnostic imaging. No day is the same at our dynamic practice!
We are a brilliant close-knit team made up of 2 vets, 2 registered nurses and 2 receptionists, with a genuine interest in animal welfare and take pride in doing what’s best for our clients and their pets.
We are generous with our CPD offering too! The opportunity to concentrate on specific areas is welcomed and encouraged for you to further your interests and your develop skills.
Hours are negotiable and will include 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am-1pm. No Sundays and no out of hours.
