About us
Here at Chatham our team consists of a total of 4 full time and 2 part time vets, 2 part time head nurses, 3 full time and 2 part time RVNs who are supported by our incredible non clinical colleagues. 5 out of our original team of 6 are still here working with us too!

The practice is small but perfectly formed, with separate cat and dog kennelling, open prep area, dedicated theatre, isolation and consulting rooms. We have most of the usual kit and are open to purchasing more.

About you
You’ll help with the daily running of the practice to ensure a high standard care for Patients and Clients. Nurses are the heart of our practice and perform an integral clinical role in caring for our patients.  You’ll have great communication and organisation skills and take pride in working to a high standard. You will have an interest in and want to learn about, the practice as a business, as well as how to motivate a team to achieve their personal and practice goals. They key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the Veterinary Nurse role, delivering excellent patient and client care. 

Our biggest ask is that we have someone who fits in with our team and can communicate well with our clients, everything else is a bonus!

About the role
This role is part time working Monday and Friday 8am – 6pm. We can be flexible in some other shits we can offer on top of these days so whatever you’re looking for we invite you to come and talk to us! 

Becoming part of our nursing team will allow you to be involved in all aspects of nursing care, whatever your interests may be! We rotate between theatre, clinics and prep, with the opportunity to get involved in schedule 3 procedures if this is of interest to you. Our nurses are utilised to their fullest potential, and we actively encourage and support you in any way we can.
