We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing Client Care Advisor to join us and become part of our supportive and welcoming practice.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and professional experience for both pets and their owners. We want someone who’s not just great at customer service but also thrives on building relationships, embracing challenges, and making people feel at ease.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Welcoming clients and their pets with a warm, friendly approach

- Managing appointments, queries, and payments

- Keeping the reception area clean, organised, and inviting

- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

- Being an active part of our fantastic team!

What We’re Looking For

- A people person who enjoys chatting and making others feel at ease

- A positive and proactive attitude – someone who welcomes a challenge!

- Previous experience in a client-facing role

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- A love for animals and an interest in veterinary care

Working Hours

- Full-time: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM, 4 days a week

- 1 in 4 Saturdays on rotation
