Job Description
Client Care Advisor
We are recruiting for a Client Care Advisor within our reception team at our Bournemouth practice.
Bournemouth Vets for pets has a long established history of serving our local community spanning nearly 25 years. With our owners Tom who opened the practice in 2000 & leads the team of 24 colleagues alongside Leanne who manages the practice.
Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success.
This is a full time role working up to 35 Hours per week including Saturdays.
The role will involve but is not limited to:
- Being responsible for booking in appointments
- Managing payments/debts.
- Recalls
- Care plans
- Insurance
- ID chips
- Cashing up/banking
- The general coordination of the daily running & cleanliness of the reception area.
The attributes required:
- Good IT skills & a willingness to learn along with experience within a customer facing role is preferred though full training will be given.
- You are able to provide guidance by keeping yourself fully up-to-speed with the practice services and any additional services available.
- You are calm, attentive and always focus on the clients’ needs.
- You will bring enthusiasm and drive to your role. Your passion for service is matched with your love of pets.
- You can deal with everything that is thrown at you, from comforting a client who has had some bad news about their pet or sharing in the joy of a new puppy’s first visit to the vet. you create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice.
