Our diversity and inclusion vision is that everyone is welcome and feels part of our group and we are committed to making diversity and inclusion a part of everything at we do

Diversity is about difference - it tells us about people in terms of the mix of our characteristics, talents, experiences and working styles. Reflecting the communities we serve to better understand their needs. 

Inclusion is about our behaviours - it’s the action we all take to make people feel welcome, breaking down any barriers they might experience. It requires us to actively practice inclusion - it does not happen on its own.

We also ask all colleagues to complete our foundation diversity and inclusion training course, as soon as possible after joining, which will help deepen awareness and understanding.

We are committed to listening to and involving our colleagues in our progress towards greater diversity and inclusion. Our colleague networks are critical to our success, supported by our executive sponsors who collectively form our Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Forum, chaired by our CEO, Peter Pritchard.

We have four colleague networks, and everyone is welcome to join any of these, either because they identify with the diversity theme or as an ally, supporting everyone in that community.
