Aberdeen is a large city located on the north east coast of Scotland. With lots to offer Aberdonians, the city (which dates back to the 15th century) is also known as ‘Granite City,’ due to the many beautiful, grey stone buildings found there. We are looking for an experienced and commercially astute Vet who would like to own a practice and is committed to driving the business forward onto commercial success. Open 7 days a week, Vets4Pets Aberdeen is found inside of Pets at Home on Beach Boulevard Retail Park. The practice is surrounded by large retail stores, located next door to a ‘superstore’ supermarket and in close proximity to a cinema. Being positioned instore will mean the practice will benefit from the internal and external footfall, which presents a partner with the opportunity to further build the client base and work together with the instore team to maximise commercial opportunities. The practice opened its doors in 2015 and has established a large, loyal client base over that time. Operating within the Practice Standards Scheme, this small, 3 consult room practice has all of the usual toys on offer. The current team comprises; 2 Vets, 3 Nurses, 3 Client Care Advisors and a Practice Manager who oversees the day to day running of the practice. The team work hard to continuously build links within the community and work with PDSA, Cats Protection, Dogs Action Working Group Scotland and Kind charities. As a Joint Venture Partner, your practice will have the unique advantage of National TV advertising and Vets4Pets will work in partnership with you to build your practice, providing expertise in HR, legal, accountancy, banking, marketing and supplier relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to build upon the existing success of the business and establish themselves as a trusted and friendly vet in the local community.
